Chiefs release updated Week 5 depth chart

The Kansas City Chiefs have released a revised depth chart prior to their Week 5 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.

This depth chart is considered "unofficial" because it originates from the team's PR staff and not directly from the coaching staff.

Nevertheless, they tend to be reasonably accurate during the regular season for Kansas City. They at least accurately reflect the most recent roster changes.

With a few recent roster changes, the most recent update to the depth chart makes an important special teams move official. This week's depth chart displays the following roster adjustments:

It now reflects the designation of OT Prince Tega Wanogho on injured reserve. He has been removed from the depth chart. As a consequence, Wanya Morris moved up a position.

Matt Dickerson is ranked behind Neil Farrell Jr., but he was active in Week 4 instead.

The team's starting kick and punt returner is Montrell Washington, not Kadarius Toney or Isaah Pacheco. He is replacing Richies James (IR).

At wide receiver, Washington is also listed behind Skye Moore and Justyn Ross on the depth chart. Andy Reid previously stated that they may find a method to incorporate him into the offence.
