Cobra Kai Season 6: ," the show's creator just revealed a significant season 6 update.

We're getting closer to returning to the karate dojo, Cobra Kai fans.

Just before the screenwriters branch of the Writer's Guild of America (WGA) went on strike in May to demand a fair contract with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), the popular Netflix dramedy began production on its sixth and final season in late April.

The project was put on hold for an unspecified period of time in July, two months later, while SAG-AFTRA went on strike to work out a new agreement with the AMPTP.But it appears that activity may be picking back up again.

Jon Hurwitz, the show's co-creator, expressed his excitement on X (formerly known as Twitter) shortly after the WGA and AMPTP reached a provisional agreement on September 24 (which has since been confirmed).

Shortly after the announcement, he wrote, "Hell to the yeah!" "The WGA bargaining committee has my gratitude! All set to return to the dojo! #CobraKai #WGA.

"It goes without saying that fans were ecstatic about this update and couldn't contain it. "This is incredible! Season 6 of Cobra Kai is back! Can't wait for it to come out, perhaps early next year," a user commented on X. "IT'S COBRA KAI SEASON 🤝🥋," concurred another. "YES, SENSEI," exclaimed another spectator.

Josh acknowledged that production is still not at its peak, despite the fact that the news is obviously fantastic.

He responded to a fan who inquired about the performers' ability to resume work on the production despite their current strike by saying that they were still awaiting word on how SAG-AFTRA and the AMPTP would fare.

He responded on X, "Can't get back on set yet, but can get back to writing the moment the guild says the word." "Hoping for a speedy settlement for SAG!"Let's hope that Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, and the other actors return to our screens soon!
